Amelia Thomas is the Volunteer and Donor Engagement Manager at Perspectives, a non-profit in St. Louis Park. She brings 10 years of non-profit sector experience, including direct client services, program management, and volunteer and donor engagement. Amelia is passionate about social justice and connecting with her community. She enjoys traveling, great food, volunteering as a sexual assault advocate for the State of MN, and loves meeting new people (and ALL the animals).

Amy Lindqvist

Amy Lindqvist is an Ohio-born transplant who arrived in the Twin Cities in 2020. She is a dedicated non-profit professional who began her museum career in 2011 with a focus on art museum education, and she holds both an MA and BA in Art History. Currently, she serves as the Development Manager at The Bakken Museum. Beyond her professional pursuits, Amy is a dedicated fat activist with a passion for sharing fat liberation through her Fat Fashion Instagram account @midwesterncurves. When not working, you'll likely find her planning another National Parks adventure or trying out a new restaurant in the Cities.

Florence Wee

Born and raised in Malaysia, Florence Wee transferred to University of Minnesota- Twin Cities in 2018 to pursue a BA in Sociology and Global Studies. Florence is the Development Operations Coordinator at Pillsbury United Communities where she coordinates the timelines, communications, and relationships of multiple government, foundation and corporate grants applications to help the organization achieve its $9MM annual institutional fundraising goal. Her passion and interest also lies in Food Justice and Equity work, having prior work experience in non profit food support (also helps that she is a huge foodie!). Florence enjoys making matcha lattes at home, singing to Taylor Swift songs, trying out different desserts when she travels, and spending time with her friends, husband and fur babies.

Grace Bettendorf

Grace Bettendorf is the Annual Fund and Volunteer Manager at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities, a youth program that provides safe spaces for all young people, especially those who need it most, to access academic support, develop holistic healthy lifestyles, and create a plan for their future. She joined the nonprofit world in 2018 and has a passion for equitable fundraising practices (hello there, Community Centric Fundraising). She received her Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Walden University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from South Dakota State University. In her free time Grace enjoys yoga, camping, songwriting, and pretty much anything out in nature. She lives in West Saint Paul with her two kitties, Sam and Beejue.

Meg Reid

Meg Reid is an Associate Consultant and Operations Manager at Michael Anderson Consulting. A process-oriented operations professional with experience across nonprofit and small business environments, she has previously consulted on customer development and strategic planning with social impact startups, worked on business development for a community bank, and managed a warehouse. Meg graduated with her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota. She loves cooking (and eating) and is currently crocheting her way through a huge stash of yarn.

Noah Polipnick

Noah Polipnick is a Minnesota local from Central Minnesota. Noah is an Account Executive at TransPerfect, a global language, translation, and technology service provider. Noah specializes in working with marketing groups and nonprofits. He graduated from Saint John's University in 2021 with a double major in Global Business Management and Fine Arts Administration. After graduating, Noah spent a year living and volunteering at a retreat center in Israel for special-needs adults. When Noah returned to Minnesota, he began working at a local marketing agency, and after, made the move to TransPerfect. In his spare time, Noah likes to sing, play video games, cook and bake, and hang out with his cat!

Rob Muschler

Programming Lead

Rob Muschler is a Senior Associate at HMA Community Strategies, a consulting company that specializes in strategy development, capacity building, and evaluation for nonprofit and public sector organizations. Following 5+ years living in Los Angeles, he returned to Minnesota in 2019 and is excited to reconnect with the local nonprofit scene. He received his Masters of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and holds an undergraduate degree from St. Cloud State University. Rob is an avid cyclist/runner as well as a former board member of YNPN Los Angeles.
