Ali Britzman is a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at National Public Radio, a non-profit media organization that creates news and cultural programs. After earning a degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, she spent the first 8 years of her career in Washington, DC. Ali moved to the Twin Cities in 2023. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Cities by foot and playing bar trivia with friends.

 

Amy Lindqvist

Amy Lindqvist is an Ohio-born transplant who arrived in the Twin Cities in 2020. She is a dedicated non-profit professional who began her museum career in 2011 with a focus on art museum education, and she holds both an MA and BA in Art History. Currently, she serves as the Development Manager at The Bakken Museum. Beyond her professional pursuits, Amy is a dedicated fat activist with a passion for sharing fat liberation through her Fat Fashion Instagram account @midwesterncurves. When not working, you'll likely find her planning another National Parks adventure or trying out a new restaurant in the Cities.

Dan Bohnker

Dan Bohnker is the Volunteer Resources and Respite Coordinator at FamilyMeans in Stillwater. He is originally from Iowa and graduated with a Leisure, Youth, and Human Services degree from the University of Northern Iowa. He has more than 8 years of experience in the nonprofit field, most of which has been in volunteer management. In his freetime Dan spends most of his time outdoors and has a goal to visit all the Minnesota State Parks and US National Parks.

Florence Wee

Born and raised in Malaysia, Florence Wee transferred to University of Minnesota- Twin Cities in 2018 to pursue a BA in Sociology and Global Studies. Florence is the Development Operations Coordinator at Pillsbury United Communities where she coordinates the timelines, communications, and relationships of multiple government, foundation and corporate grants applications to help the organization achieve its $9MM annual institutional fundraising goal. Her passion and interest also lies in Food Justice and Equity work, having prior work experience in non profit food support (also helps that she is a huge foodie!). Florence enjoys making matcha lattes at home, singing to Taylor Swift songs, trying out different desserts when she travels, and spending time with her friends, husband and fur babies.

Grace Bettendorf

Grace Bettendorf is the Annual Fund and Volunteer Manager at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities, a youth program that provides safe spaces for all young people, especially those who need it most, to access academic support, develop holistic healthy lifestyles, and create a plan for their future. She joined the nonprofit world in 2018 and has a passion for equitable fundraising practices (hello there, Community Centric Fundraising). She received her Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Walden University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from South Dakota State University. In her free time Grace enjoys yoga, camping, songwriting, and pretty much anything out in nature. She lives in West Saint Paul with her two kitties, Sam and Beejue.

Jian Kettunen

Jian Kettunen is currently the Development Database Coordinator at 360 Communities, a human services organization that serves the south metro area. Jian was raised in the Twin Cities and recently moved back from the Seattle area and is just getting to know the area as an adult (what to do for fun as well as the work scene). Jian, like many others with liberal arts degrees, feels that her work is not directly related to her degree but both support her values and passion for helping others. She has a background in education and cares about access to early childhood education, food security, and the environment. Outside work she enjoys spending time with her friends and pets, and being active outside.

Madi Ericksen

Madi Ericksen is a Lead Coordinator at SparkPath in Arden Hills. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Organizational Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Madi stumbled into the nonprofit world in 2018 while volunteering for her current organization before getting hired full-time to coordinate field trips and academic competitions around the metro area. When not nerding out at Knowledge Bowl meets or wrangling middle schoolers, Madi is a proud Crazy Cat Lady and plant mom who enjoys trivia, reading, and attending concerts.

Noah Polipnick

Noah Polipnick is a Minnesota local from Central Minnesota. He graduated from Saint John's University in 2021 with a double major in Global Business Management and Fine Arts Administration. Noah is currently an Account Executive at TransPerfect, a global language, translation, and technology service provider. Noah specializes in working with marketing groups and nonprofits. Noah is the Assistant Vice President of DEI & Community Outreach at the Minnesota American Marketing Association; he is also a member of and the Marketing Coordinator for the CSB+SJU Young Alum Committee. In his spare time, Noah likes to sing, play video games with his brothers, cook and bake for his friends, and spend time outside with his cat!

Rob Muschler

Programming Lead

Rob Muschler is a Senior Associate at HMA Community Strategies, a consulting company that specializes in strategy development, capacity building, and evaluation for nonprofit and public sector organizations. Following 5+ years living in Los Angeles, he returned to Minnesota in 2019 and is excited to reconnect with the local nonprofit scene. He received his Masters of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and holds an undergraduate degree from St. Cloud State University. Rob is an avid cyclist/runner as well as a former board member of YNPN Los Angeles.
