About Us

Young Nonprofit Professionals Network Twin Cities (YNPN-TC) is made up of you:
Young nonprofit professionals who see the value in being intentional about our professional development, and in building a peer support network to help you be more effective change-makers for the good of our communities. It is our mission to provide and promote opportunities for the development of young nonprofit professionals.

YNPN-TC is a chapter of the national YNPN organization. Beginning in 1997 as a small gathering of peers in San Francisco, YNPN has since grown from word-of-mouth and local volunteer leadership teams to thousands of members in chapters across the U.S. This rapid growth and mobilization of next-generation leaders clearly shows the need for installing a pipeline for nonprofit professionals early in their careers.
